Mumbai,
March 27, 2026 : At
a time when disturbing incidents against women, ranging from harassment and
assault to shocking acts of violence, are making headlines almost every day, a
powerful spiritual response has emerged from Antar Yog Foundation, Mumbai. A
Maha Chandi Homa was organised on March 21 and 22 at its Gurukul in Fort,
Mumbai, under the guidance of Brahmarshi Acharya Upendra Ji. Thousands are
calling this event the beginning of a historic “Yug Parivartan” for our
country, Bharat.
This
was not just a ritual. It was a massive, collective spiritual movement
dedicated to Rashtra Kalyan, Dharma Raksha, and the removal of negative and
destructive tendencies from society.
What
makes this even more significant is that this rare and powerful vidhi,
described in the Upanishads and ancient scriptures, is almost never performed
in today’s time. It is believed that only a realised spiritual guru, free from
selfish motives and filled with unconditional love for the world, can conduct
such a sadhana in its true form.
At
the heart of this initiative lies a bold and urgent question raised by Acharya
Ji:
“Can Bharat truly become a Vishwa Guru
if its women are not respected and worshipped as embodiments of Shakti?”
The
Maha Chandi Homa was performed with the clear intent to counter rising negative
tendencies such as violence against women, exploitation, and harmful mindsets
that are weakening the moral fabric of society. Through powerful chants and
disciplined sadhana, thousands of participants joined in spreading positive
spiritual vibrations aimed at cleansing collective consciousness.
Acharya
Ji highlighted that the feminine energy of the nation is deeply disturbed. He
emphasised that unless society begins to see women as divine, rather than as
objects, real change cannot happen. This Homa aimed to awaken the inner Durga
in every woman and inspire a deep transformation in societal thinking.
The
event also included Mahasaraswati Sadhana and Homa to re-establish India’s
ancient, character-building Gurukul education system, and Mahalakshmi Sadhana
and Homa to spread the knowledge of Shree Vidya, the ancient science of
attracting prosperity. Together, these efforts envision a Bharat that is both
spiritually and economically strong.
Antar
Yog Foundation has now announced a nationwide series of Maha Chandi Homas,
inviting people from all walks of life to participate in building a healthy,
wealthy, and righteous Bharat, where men and women stand equal and dignity
becomes the foundation of society. Acharya Ji stated that the impact of this
Maha Chandi Homa series will become visible in the coming times. He explained
that society will gradually witness a shift, where today’s headlines filled
with adharma will begin to decline, and in their place, stories will emerge of
women standing strong, confronting injustice, and emerging victorious over
adharmic forces. This transformation, he said, will be a direct result of the
powerful spiritual vibrations generated through these sacred sadhanas.
Acharya
Ji also extended an open invitation to key stakeholders across the nation,
including politicians, policymakers, defence personnel, bureaucrats, leaders,
celebrities, influencers, educators, as well as institutions such as schools,
colleges, coaching centres, spiritual organisations, corporate bodies, entrepreneurial
communities, youth groups, and social institutions. He encouraged every section
of society to connect with Antar Yog Foundation and actively contribute towards
building a more conscious, strong, and awakened Bharat.
Acharya
Upendra Ji has urged everyone, especially women, to be a part of this movement.
This
is not just an event.
It is a call to every Bharatiya.
If you truly love your motherland, this
is your moment to be a part of the change.
